Work in progress but coming soon will be details of my low budget, low space and low time VW Beetle crew cab pickup build.

Low budget: there is no money so I’m using my inventiveness and only buying parts when the price is right. I’m expecting to visit friends and go to shows to source some of the parts I need.

Low space: I have a single car garage, initially separated from the house (about 50 metres from the nearest plug socket). Moving house to attached garage (not the reason for moving) later in the build.

Low time: I work full time (military hours) and I have a family so I have very limited time on the actual car but I can plan and look for parts in between but I do get “the look” from my wife if I’m on my phone too much.
